Sangita Patel is always up for a fitness challenge.

On Tuesday, the 43-year-old took to Instagram to give fans an inside look into one of her impressive workout sessions.

In the video, the “Entertainment Tonight Canada” host showed off her toned physique in a white sports bra and matching exercise shorts. She filmed herself on an outdoor patio, balancing one leg on a pillar while reaching the other towards the sky.

The TV star swivelled her body and went upside-down, so only her hands were keeping her touching the ground.

“It’s fitness Tuesday! First day of summer! Happy summer solstice,” she began in the caption.

The CoverGirl ambassador went on to explain the exercise she was practicing, while noting the adorable appearance of her pup, Indie, in the video’s background.

“Hip mobility challenge … and balance! Steps 1, 2, 3 bang! Indie came rushing (you can see him all the way in the back) thinking, ‘What the hey!'” she continued.

“I need to add stretching to my workouts,” she concluded with the facepalm emoji.

Fans were obsessed over Patel’s strength, gushing over the “Home to Win” host’s “inspiring” fitness regimen.

“That takes skills and serious strength, Sangita! Jeez, lady! Wow, that’s impressive!” raved a fan.

“You have the most inspiring fitness schedule!” a follower told Patel. “Man, I’ve gotta hit the gym!”

“What a strong core! How do you move your body like that?” wrote another. “You are amazing and an inspiration to us all.”

Speaking to D’FYNE Fitness Magazine, Patel opened up about her love for exercise and how she began her fitness journey.

“I’ve always been active. I’ve always loved sports and I did like fitness right before I started CrossFit. I started working out really hard when I was about to get married,” the TV host explained.

“I travel a lot so I have to come up with workouts I can’t do at the gym,” she added. “I try to go four to five times a week to CrossFit and now I do kickboxing; that’s another new thing for me. That’s my cardio. Being able to kick and punch things — it’s a great mental exercise.”
